How can I cancel an order?
If a buyer asks you to cancel an order and you have not yet shipped and confirmed the shipment, you can cancel it in Manage Orders or Contact Us. To cancel an order from the track order menu, follow our guide.
When you cancel an order, we automatically updates the order status in the buyer’s account and sends an email notification to the buyer.
Note: To ensure production and shipping time. We have an automatic printing system so we only offer the ability to cancel orders within 3 hours. In addition to this period, you will be charged the production and packaging charges. We do not allow cancellation of orders once it has shipped.
