REFUNDS POLICY

Refund Policy:

Attach the necessary information to prove that the order meets our terms of policy.
– All products will be sent back once in case of loss caused by the carrier, some orders you have to pick up at the local post office, if you do not contact to receive the products, we will not responsible.– We only accept refunds if you don’t receive the item after the 2nd return.
– Refunds we accept will be resolved within 15-20 days. After we review and agree to refund.

We do not accept refunds any orders shipped . If the item is defective or damaged, we will honour a return, in store credit or send a replacement. 

*Include a Printed copy or Photo of your Order confirmation or your packing slip in your return package that lists your items that were ordered.
